This website privacy policy (“Policy”) describes how Quest Group Search LLC (“We”, “we”, or “Quest Group Search”) may use and disclose personally identifiable information that we may collect about you through the Site (“Personal Information”).

Collections and Uses of Personal Information (Candidates)

When you use the Site, you may elect in your discretion to register on the Site using the candidate registration forms. If you register on the Site, you may further elect in your discretion, to (1) submit on-line the candidate personal, biographical, professional, educational and other credentialing information in the forms provided in the candidate credentialing package on the Site and (2) submit on-line a Release and Waiver generally authorizing Quest Group Search to collect background information for credentialing purposes, as set forth in the Release and Waiver form provided on the Site. The categories of Personal Information requested in such forms include your name and contact information (email, address and phone number), your job search criteria and preferences, your employment experience, educational history, your skills, references information, background information, and other information contained in your resume, and any login ID and password created by you as well as the additional detailed personal information set forth in the forms.

You are not obligated to register or provide any personal  information on line via our Site.   You may elect not to register on the Site, not to submit personal information on line, and not to submit a Release and Waiver on line, in your discretion.  You may in your discretion contact Quest Group Search directly by telephone or submit such materials by mail or by fax.

For candidates who have previously been registered with or worked for Quest Group Search, such persons may enter, at their discretion, their social security number or employee ID to facilitate the registration process. The Site also utilizes cookies to track your online activities, including, but not limited to, registration, submissions, and information requests. After your successful registration with the Site, you will be able to access, review and change your Personal Information provided by you through the Review Profile feature of the Site.

We use Personal Information and other data collected through the Site to register you with the Site, to provide you with information regarding employment opportunities and career-related information, and to otherwise provide you with requested information or services. We may also from time to time use your Personal Information to send you automated email messages or marketing materials regarding our services, including employment information. You may opt out of receiving such marketing email messages by sending a message to the email address below.

Disclosures of Personal Information (Candidates)

If you register with the Site or provide personal credentialing information online via the Site or submit a Release and Waiver on-line via the Site and Quest Group Search obtains personal information regarding your background from the persons and entities referred to in the Release and Waiver, Quest Group Search will NOT provide any such information to potential employers or other third parties and Quest Group Search will NOT disclose that you may be seeking employment opportunities, without (1) one of our recruiters speaking with you directly via telephone regarding the specific employment opportunity  AND (2) obtaining your express permission to release such information to one of our Clients for each specific employment opportunity, which you may grant by (a) speaking to one of our recruiters via telephone or (b) sending one of our recruiters an email or fax confirming your permission to forward such information.

If you so authorize Quest Group Search to provide your personal information to a client for a specific employment opportunity, Quest Group Search may do so, but you will remain exclusively responsible for the truth, accuracy and completeness of all of your personal information, whether submitted online, by mail, fax, or obtained pursuant to the Release and Waiver.  Quest Group Search provision of your personal information to a client for a specific employment opportunity authorized by you does not assure that any employment offer will be forthcoming.

Quest Group Search will NOT sell or transfer any of your personal information to any third parties as part of any data base.

We may disclose information to companies and individuals we employ to perform business functions and services on our behalf. Such functions may include, for example, hosting our Web servers, analyzing data, providing legal, accounting and marketing services. 

We may disclose information to the extent necessary or appropriate to government agencies, professional advisors, and other third parties in order to comply with applicable laws, the service of legal process, or if we reasonably believe that such action is necessary to (a) comply with the law requiring such disclosure; (b) protect the rights or property of Quest Group Search or its affiliated companies; (c) prevent a crime or protect local or national security or (d) protect the personal safety of the users or the public.

Collection and Uses of Client Information

Clients: You may elect in your discretion to register on the Site and submit a staffing request by completing the Client Staffing Request forms provided on the Site. The categories of information requested include your facility name, contact information (email, address and phone number), the area of staffing interest and best time to contact you, and other information which may be included in the Client Staffing Request form.

You are not obligated to register or provide any information or staffing request on line via our Site.  You may in your discretion contact Quest Group Search directly by telephone or submit such materials by mail or by fax.
If you do submit a Client Staffing Request on the Site:

  • Quest Group Search may post generic information on the Site describing the staffing request (such as type of position and specialty, experience required, general metropolitan or state location and duration of any temporary assignment), but without identifying you (the Client), the specific facility location, compensation, or other details of the staffing request
  • Quest Group Search will NOT provide any such detailed information identifying you (the Client), the specific facility location, compensation, or other details of the staffing request to potential  candidates or other third parties and Quest Group Search will NOT disclose that you have made such specific staffing request, without (1) one of our recruiters speaking with you directly via telephone regarding the specific employment opportunity and suggested candidates AND (2) your express permission  for each specific employment opportunity and suggested candidate, which you may grant by (a) speaking to one of our recruiters via telephone or (b) sending one of  our recruiters an email or fax confirming your permission to forward such information to a specific Candidate.

If you so authorize Quest Group Search to provide to a specific candidate such detailed information identifying you (the Client), the specific facility location, compensation, or other details of the staffing request for a specific employment opportunity, Quest Group Search may do so, but you will remain exclusively responsible for the truth, accuracy and completeness of all information contained in the staffing request, whether submitted on-line, by mail, fax, or telephone.  Quest Group Searchs’ provision to a candidate of detailed identifying information as to any staffing authorized by you does not assure that such candidate will be acceptable to you or that any employment offer  you may extend will be accepted by the candidate. 

Quest Group Search will NOT sell or transfer any Client information to any third parties as part of any data base.

Aggregate Statistical Information

We may aggregate statistical information derived from the overall use of the Site by Candidates and Clients and utilize such information for public relations, marketing or other purposes. Such data will not however, include any personally identifiable information of any Candidate or Client.

Cookies

“Cookies” are filed stored on your computer’s hard drive by your browser.  These cookies help us recognize you when you use the Site and help us optimize your experience and use of the Site.  They do not include any personally identifiable data such as information submitted on Candidate registration and credentials forms or Client staffing requests. You hereby grant permission to us to utilize such cookies as part of your Site use experience. Most browsers accept cookies automatically, but allow you to disable them if you wish.

Corporate Transactions

In the event that Quest Group Search, LLC  was the subject of a business combination such as a merger, consolidation, sale of all or substantially all of its assets,  Candidate and Client information maintained by Quest Group Search, LLC would become available to the purchaser or transferee and subject  to the privacy policies thereof.

Revisions to the Policy

If we change this privacy policy we will post any updates here for your review. If we change material terms in this Policy, we will provide notice of the revised policy for 30 days on the home page at www.questgroupsearch.com with a link back to this page.
