Jason Hanges is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Quest Group. Since its inception in 2009, Quest Group has been recognized with numerous awards including: Inc.com’s 5000 fastest growing private companies, Best and Brightest companies to work for and one of Georgia’s Fastest Growing companies from AGC.

Jason Hanges has been in the executive search industry since 1998. He is highly respected as a market leader in the recruitment of senior level financial services professionals across Fixed Income, Equities and Investment Banking for some of the world’s largest buy-side and sell-side institutions. He has extensive experience in working with senior management teams to develop and execute successful hiring and growth strategies and has built a reputation as a trusted advisor.

Prior to founding Quest Group, Mr. Hanges was a Managing Director in the Financial Services practice of a large, retained global executive search firm. Before entering the executive search industry he worked at Lehman Brothers in the Commercial Mortgaged Backed Securities Group.

Jason earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Johns Hopkins University.

Jason is married with three children.

Douglas Shaener has been in the executive search and staffing business since 1999. He is a highly regarded market leader in the recruitment of senior level Fixed Income, Commodity, Equity and Investment Banking professionals. In 2009 Douglas and his Partner Jason Hanges started the Executive Search, Staffing and Business Solutions firm, Quest Group, LLC, and have grown the business into a multi-million dollar market leader with focuses in Financial Services, Information Technology, Accounting and Finance, Healthcare (Quest Healthcare Solutions), Professional Services and Property Management. Because of Douglas and Jason’s management style, they have been able to create an innovative atmosphere allowing their firm to thrive and grow under the Quest Group umbrella. Prior to founding Quest Group, Douglas was a Managing Director in the Financial Services practice of a large, retained global executive search firm.

Douglas earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance with a minor in Economics from Pennsylvania State University.

Douglas is married with three children.

Tim Clark is the Managing Director of Professional Healthcare Services at Quest Healthcare Solutions, a sister company of Quest Group. He is an expert at leading a team to recruit healthcare professionals, pairing top employees with quality hospitals and medical practices.

Clark spent four years as a member of the U.S. Coast Guard before entering the staffing industry. He began his first staffing position as a Recruiter for The Hart Group. He went on to hold numerous staffing recruitment positions among firms including HR Solutions, McCarthy and McNeil, and again at The Hart Group where he spent 10 years as the Director of the Search Division.

He spent two years as Practice Manager of Professional Search for the Solomon Edwards Group before becoming Quest Healthcare Solutions’ Managing Director of Professional Healthcare Services.

Clark has over 18 years of professional staffing experience and leads his team with highly-recommended professional leadership and recruitment skills.

Nick Holowiak works as a Managing Director of Quest Group within the Professional Staffing Services division. A consummate professional, who specializes in Human Resources & Operations and Talent Acquisitions, Nick joined Quest Group in 2011 as a founding member of the Accounting and Finance Staffing division. He has over 5 years industry experience and prides himself on delivering on his word. He excels in building, coaching and mentoring a successful recruiting team, and providing value to his clients.

Nick is a proud member of the Bulldog Family, having graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor’s Degree in Management (Human Resources) in 2005. Prior to embarking in his Talent Acquisitions/Staffing career, Nick held positions held at Ameriprise Financial and Enterprise-Rent-a-Car.

Phyllis Michels is currently the Managing Director of the Accounting, Finance & Professional Services Division at Quest Group Executive Search and Staffing Solutions. She has been a member of the Quest Group team since 2011, making her an asset to the company and clients with staffing needs.

After attending Arizona State University, Michels worked for Basilone-Oliver Executive Search. This led to being hired at firstPRO, Inc. as the Vice President of the Accounting and Finance Division. At that time, it was a start-up boutique firm; Michels was the 3rd hire in their new Atlanta office. During her ten years at firstPRO, she gained the strategic partnerships that led her to Quest Group Executive Search and Staffing Solutions.

Michels’ responsibilities at Quest Group include: hiring team members that would be a valuable asset through excellent leadership skills, creating strategic partnerships with companies in need of direct-hire staffing, and providing her own market intelligence expertise to her team and company as a whole. As a Managing Director at Quest Group she is also a decision-maker for the staffing firm, allowing her experience to grow and thrive within the Quest Group environment.
